Headlight Restoration FAQ

A : Yes. Once it is permitted by your property managers. If necessary, we would request that the vehicle be moved to another area that has adequate space for us to work.
A : No. We are fully equipped with the water, products, equipment and electricity to get the job done.

Appointments

A : Yes. To secure your booking, please try to book your service at least one week in advance.
A : You can give us a call, send us an email, or make an appointment on this website (www.superlativeclean.com)

Payments

A : You can pay by cash, cheque or via credit card. Credit card payments are secured through Paypal. Please note that there will be a $40 additional charge for all returned cheques.
A : Payment must be made before or upon completion of the service.

Gift Certificates

A : Yes. You can request a gift certificate by phone or email. We will deliver it to you.
A : Yes. A gift certificate is valid for 1 year.

Opening Hours

A : Telephone bookings and inquiries can be made between 6 am and 6 pm, 7 days a week. However, you can contact us via email outside of office hours.
A : Our Auto Valet does not operate on Good Friday, Independence Day, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day. We operate on all other bank holidays.
